Courses of Italian language for foreigners
On 2nd November classes will begin on two "Italian for International Students Beginner" courses organised by the CLA-UNITO in collaboration with the University's Internationalisation Area and aimed at students enrolled in the first year of degree courses taught in English. The organisation of these Italian courses already during the first semester represents a novelty for the academic year 2023/2024 in order to promptly respond to the need of international students to become part of the Italian-speaking linguistic and cultural context from the moment of their arrival at UNITO. This need for training and reception is proven by the fact that the places available for these two courses were all booked within a few hours of the opening of enrolment.
In the second semester, further courses, both Beginner and Pre-Intermediate level, will be scheduled to start at the beginning of March. In addition, students who passed the "Italian for International Students Beginner" exam in the 2022/2023 academic year may continue this year with the "Pre-Intermediate" course and obtain the relative recognition of cfu in accordance with the procedures envisaged by each degree course. All courses last a total of 60 blended hours and are enriched by peer-to-peer meetings with CLA student trainees.
The CLA staff remains at your and your students' disposal to provide any additional information.
