Lessons start a.y. 2025/2026: September 15, 2025 (Monday) Winter Session – Academic Year 2025/2026 Summer Session – Academic Year 2025/2026 Autumn Session – Academic Year 2025/2026 To be admitted to the graduation sessions (i.e., to submit the application for degree conferral), students must have passed all exams by the deadline for submitting the degree application. An exception is made for the summer graduation session. To be admitted to this session: Students who are on track (within the standard duration of the program) may complete their exams after submitting the graduation application. Students who are behind schedule (beyond the standard duration of the program) are allowed to take a maximum of 24 CFU (ECTS credits) after submitting the graduation application. In both cases, the exams must be taken during the first exam sitting of the summer session, i.e., an exam session scheduled by June 13 (Primary Education – SFP) or June 27, 2026 (all other degree programs). July 15 – September 15, 2025: Submission of thesis title (student) and supervisor’s formal acceptance of the student and Early Session* – A.Y. 2025/2026 By February 16, 2026: Submission of thesis title (student) and supervisor’s formal acceptance (Primary Education – Scienze della Formazione Primaria) By May 18: Submission of thesis title (student) and supervisor’s formal acceptance (All other degree programs of the School) By May 18, 2026: Submission of thesis title (student) and supervisor’s formal acceptance *The Early Session A.Y. 2025/2026 is reserved for: Students enrolled in A.Y. 2025/2026 as final-year students within the standard duration of their degree program, who have passed all exams by the date of submission of the graduation application. Students who are behind schedule, have renewed their enrollment for A.Y. 2025/2026, and have modified their study plan. If they graduate in the early session of A.Y. 2025/2026, they are required to pay any tuition installments whose payment deadline has already passed, but they are not required to pay installments with a due date after their graduation date. When completing the online graduation application, students eligible for the early session must select A.Y. 2025/2026 – Early Graduation Session. Note: The deadlines indicated for thesis title submission and graduation application may be subject to slight changes if necessary following any updates to the internal parameters of the degree conferral procedure.
