The student must:
- be up-to-date with the payment of university fees
- check that the internship is in the career plan in the academic year in which it is intended to be carried out

Then student could:

1. choose the internship from the available offers, consulting the internship offer bulletin board and apply by following the instructions on
1 bis. autonomously identify an institution/company in witch carrying out the internship. In this case, an evaluation by Prof. Andrea Balbo is required (send institution name and activity via email).
Once student has received a positive opinion, the host company/institution must register and must be advised: jp.scienzeumanistiche@unito.it

2. contact and meet the company or institution tutor (referee of the structure) for an interview and for the compilation of the:
   - EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROJECT if the company is abroad 
   - PROGETTO FORMATIVO se l’ente ospitante è in Italia
   The training project must be filled in following the instructions provided and must also be approved and signed by a tutor of the course (Tutor)
3. send the training project using the appropriate FORM
4. the day before the beginning receive by mail from the job placement service the training project signed by the Rector's Delegate with the booklet in which to register the internship.

Only at the end of this process can the internship begun

• The student:
  -with the company tutor/referent of the host organization compile the internship booklet every day, indicating the entry and exit times and any intermediate breaks.
  In the event of: travel, extension, suspension, interruption, change of location in the presence or remotely of the internship, change of the institution's tutor, the institution/company must send the internship change form at least 3 days in advance at the address: jp.scienzeumanistiche@unito.it

1) The student:

    - fill in the internship evaluation questionnaire found in Myunito – Job placement
    - registers for the internship exam session
    - upload to the online platform:

- the completed and signed internship booklet

- the internship report (short report about the experience)

 

3) The Job placement Service:
    - check the documentation and within a maximum of 15 days from the date of the exam it will be possible to view the registration of the internship credits in the career. (See FAQ for doubts about appeals for graduation sessions)

Note: Internship sessions are indicatively monthly and new dates are periodically inserted
